Ninety-six...

Saturday the 8th..

So today was the TOUGH MUDDER!!! So much fun so crazy, we ran 10-12 miles and did 28 obstacles and it took us a total of 4 hours and 40 minutes. Not too bad considering the craziness of the event it was pretty cool. If you want to see it in more detail here is the link to check it out.
http://toughmudder.com/events/texas-central/ It was pretty intense. After the mudder we went to eat at this pretty sweet burger joint in San Marcos. I don't think I got home till around 8 or so because there was a train that got derailed and thus derailed our own trip own, by making us take some side streets and back roads that allowed us to bypass the train fiasco. It was a pretty amazing day. I am still so amazed and impressed that we completed it, maybe not in record time, but we did it nonetheless.

What I read Leviticus 6...
The Lord gives more direction to the people in v.1-6

"The LORD said to Moses: 'If anyone sins and is unfaithful to the LORD by deceiving a neighbor about something entrusted to them or left in their care or about something stolen, or if they cheat their neighbor, or if they find lost property and lie about it, or if they swear falsely about any such sin that people may commit - when they sin in any of these ways and realize their guilt, they must return what property they found, or whatever it was they swore falsely about. Them must make restitution in full, add a fifth of the value to it and give it all to the owner on the day they present their guilt offering. "

I think was the Lord is saying here is that the people are to be kind to each other and not cause disputes amidst each other. As the church of Acts, they shared everything. We are to consider our neighbor better than ourselves. Jesus commanded us to love our neighbor. Looking back at this verse, he is imposing that we not only love our neighbor, but that we take care of them and not sin against one another, for sinning against another is truthfully sinning against the Lord. That is why they would have to make sacrifices to the Lord and not to the other people, because above all we must love others as he loves us. I think this was a really great one to read the day of the tough mudder, because the whole goal of the race was not to be first but was to finish together with everyone. It was a major team building run and I love that I was able to finish with all my friends in one muddy mess!

Good Night and God Bless!
